It’s been some time since the last one. Here are just a few of the links which have caught my eye:
It’s Elizabeth Zimmermann’s birthday! Funnily enough I’m knitting one of her patterns at the moment. Can you guess which one?
Ravelry are celebrating as well – take a look at their pattern page
Possibly one of EZ’s most iconic and well known patterns, the baby surprise jacket has over 12k finished versions on ravelry alone. Take a look and be inspired.
Nikki has been knitting a beautiful sweater for one of her dolls. The pattern is her own but she could not identify the yarn. I wonder if there is a big person’s version of that?
Somewhere in Essex, Ned the dog has finally set up a yarn shop. Being a highly intelligent little dog he blogs about yarn, yarn, more yarn and spinning dog hair. There might even be a post in there about violent space weather.
Char over at her blog ‘crap I’ve made’ has part 1 of a tutorial on a cute dress she has made for her daughter. Take a look through her other posts as well for inspiration.
And that’s it for now, see you later!

That’s a pretty colored yarn
I adore the colours in this yarn too… was happily reading your blog and suddenly… you mentioned me… thankyou!
no problem!
Ned the dog made me laugh:) I love your yarn colors too! Have fun with the iPhone! I’ve found so many uses for mine that I was surprised to actually use it to talk to someone the other day!
It’s addictive! My last 3 blog posts have been from the phone, it’s fantastic. I might be tempted to buy something from Ned. Who can resist a cute dog and yarn : )
